Food Diary - Day Three

Friday morning breakfast (early) -- Two eggs and pinto beans


Snack (before heading out to a meeting for work) -- Smoothie.

12 oz of tea.


1 scoop of whey protein, frozen cherries and frozen peaches.


Chopped kale.


Didn't look as green as I thought it would. Still had a little bit of a strange texture, I could feel the little pieces of kale but it tasted good.


The usual salad for lunch.


Chicken jerky and steamed broccoli.


A Cashew Crunch Lara Bar.


I made oatmeal raisin cookies for the race this weekend. Definitely ate some raw cookie dough (not good, I know).
