Food Diary - Day Four

Racing tomorrow so a little bit more barb-y than usual.

Breakfast -- Kashi Go Lean Krunch and Skim Milk.


Post Bike-Run - 2 scoops of Endurox.


Lunch -- the Salad, but in a real bowl because I was eating at home rather than at work.


Afternoon snack -- Paleo Krunch Bar (not pictured), apple and sugar natural peanut butter.


Dinner -- Chicken breast and baked sweet potato fries with ketchup.
