- Email / Posting to confirm walker/runner start list (do this within 24 hours of race selling out should be Saturday or Sunday)

- Confirm truck both ways (E-mail dad on this -- will need the truck for the additional tables)
- Confirm cookie delivery (Monday -- Kelly)
- Confirm Lions Club (Monday -- Shaun)
- Instructions email to Runners (Sunday - Follow up Thursday -- also FaceBook post and Tweet)
- Send out coordinating volunteer email (Monday / Tuesday -- Set up crew by 6 a.m.; Registration volunteers by 7 a.m.; Water Station by 8 a.m.; Finish line by 10 a.m.)

Shirts:
- Put aside the shirts that were purchased (Sunday)
- Sort shirts for packet pick up -- separate volunteer shirts (Tuesday)
Food:
- Finalize with caterer (Mom to follow up -- also need to make sure we have enough sterno and pans. Kim to do initial food set up before Mom and Sue arrive with hot food).
- Geislers List (Shaun to talk to Eric. Water and Fruit. Delivery by Thursday afternoon).
- Costco List (Need to purchase from Costco by Tuesday night. Question whether Shaun and I need to get a membership)
Items to Prep Race Day:
- Registration Lists -- 10 copies
- Course Maps -- 100 copies plus larger maps to display
- Race Signs -- out of storage and staged for race day
- Raffle prizes -- Post / Tweet about prizes and thank sponsors
- Parking -- confirm logistics with MDC
- Unwrap medals (Question whether to do this pre-race or whether to have volunteers unwrap on site???)

- Sterno (one case)
- 2 additional tables (large tables)
- Bagels (10 dozen assorted -- need to slice pre-race, give these to Mom)
- Brownie Mix -- make sure we have enough eggs
- Peanut Butter (please do not purchase Nutella, I will eat it)
- Soda (5 or 6 cases -- also need to remember the kiddie pools and ice for the soda)
