I'm very lucky in that Shaun does a lot of the domestic things at home -- laundry, dishes, vacuuming, litter boxes and most importantly grocery shopping. I hate grocery shopping, it requires leaving home, going to a large store filled with lots of less than efficient people and being tempted by lots of shiny, carby objects. As long as I write Shaun a list, he comes home with exactly what I want (and hides any shiny, carby objects that he purchases for himself). For some reason I found the list I just wrote for him amusing. Here it is:
Asparagus
Bananas
Beets
Broccoli
Brussels Sprouts
Grapefruit
Lettuce
Onions (Purple)
Spinach
(I think we have more than enough cucumbers and avocados but please check)
Goat Cheese
Pinto Beans
Peanut Oil
Salad Dressing
Cereal for Shaun
Mixed Nuts
Salmon (if it looks good)
Chicken
Ground Turkey
Bacon
Turkey Bacon
Frozen Cherries
Frozen Peaches
Frozen Blueberries
Cream
Eggs
Greek Yogurt
Think about things that Shaun would like to eat as well.
Dude your list is as long as the one for my family of 4. LOL.
