Hide and Seek

So I've been a bit lost lately. After St. Anthony's I had a really hard time keeping my head in the game. Its not like I stopped training or anything, its just that I stopped being able to really mentally engage in what I was doing. Yes, I had a busy month at work, yes, I was dealing with an injury (a bulging disk in my lower back) and yes, I had a really long month of training in May (a 4 week build compared to the normal 3 week build) but those are all excuses. I think that after being really focused for over a year, I just got a little burnt out. It happens. Thankfully I think that I'm on the road back and I think I found whatever it is that I'd lost overthe past 6 weeks or so. Let's just hope that my head is screwed on tight for IMLP on July 24.
